When the CallWave operator answers, your callers simply enter
your Current Phone Number, and bam... you get their call!
If you're online, you'll see the call in your CallWave window.
If your phone line isn't busy, you'll simply get the call
on your phone. You can decide whether to answer or let CallWave
take a message.
On which phone will
the toll free calls come in?
You can set the Toll Free Home Number to ring at any phone
anywhere in the United States — for example: your cell phone,
your work phone, your home phone or a phone of your choice.
When someone dials the Toll Free Home Number, the call is
immediately forwarded to your Call Location, and you can choose
to answer the call or let CallWave take a message.
How does it help my callers
and me?
No more busy signals when they call while you're online or
on the phone! And because the number is toll-free, they pay
no long-distance charges. They can call you for free! In addition,

How long can I talk
to my callers?
The amount of free talk you have depends on your CallWave
service level. With the Connect service level, you get 10
minutes of talk time on each call. With Pro Connect,
you get 60 minutes of talk time on each call.
