CallWave offers three Call Alert packages that include Call
Alert for Home and Call Alert for Business. There's the basic,
free package, the Messenger upgrade, and the full-fledged
package with tons of add-ons, CallWave Connect. I think CallWave
Connect is the best deal.
But, I think you'll see that even the top-of-the-line package
is pretty inexpensive -- and can actually save you money in
the long run! (Check out my pages on each for more info!)
Basic Call Alert, or just CallWave Call Alert, gives you
the introductory functions. But those features still can
change your lifestyle! This lets you see the Caller ID of
the person calling while they're online -- you get a phone
alert when someone calls, and it gives you a number of options
allowing you to handle the incoming call however like. However,
you might want to upgrade to one of the advanced versions,
since those have far more useful features.
See
the full tips page for more information.
This gives you the ability to answer calls when they come
in -- or the system can keep them like voicemail! That's
right -- throw away your voicemail service or your answering
machine -- and welcome to the 21st Century! CallWave Messenger
takes ALL your missed messages -- even when you're not on
the computer! That's right, it can replace your normal answering
machine or voicemail service. You might as well call it
your own online answering machine. Additionally, if the
caller hangs up without leaving a message, the CallWave
Messenger user sees their Caller ID.
Be
sure to read the page I made on CallWave Messenger for more
information on this service.
This is CallWave's most advanced service, and it shows,
because it's a whole lot more than just call alerts when
you're online. You get the Caller ID features, the Internet
Answering Machine ability, as well as the opportunity to
listen to messages as they're being recorded -- and you
can "cut in" and start talking to someone leaving a message!
This gives you the most flexibility of the plans.

my full tips page for more info on this.
