Once your CallWave service has been activated, your callers will
hear the following CallWave Greeting when they call you:
"Hi! The person you're calling is using CallWave.
Please leave a message after the tone. Press pound when you're
finished."

Can I change the standard CallWave Greeting?
Yes, you can set up your greeting so that your callers will
hear your name (in your own voice) as part of your greeting.
For Example:
"Hi! You've reached [Recorded Name]. Please
leave a message after the tone. Press pound when you're finished."
To record your greeting, just call 1-877-854-2861 (toll free)
and follow the instructions.
How do I record a "Personal Greeting"? If you have subscribed to a CallWave Service Level that includes
Personal Greeting, you will have the option to record a personal
greeting up to 30 seconds long. For Example:
"Hi, this is the Smith family. Please leave a message
and we will get back to you as soon as possible."
To record your personal greeting, just call 1-877-854-2861
(toll free) and follow the instructions. To enable Personal
Greeting you'll need to visit the "Choose Features" section
of the CallWave Members Zone.
What happens to my Greeting if I change to CallWave Alert?
If you change to CallWave Alert, your callers will hear the
following:
"Hi! The person you're calling is using CallWave
Alert. CallWave will display your Caller ID to the person
you're calling."
(NOTE: With CallWave Alert, your callers will not
be able to leave you a message.)
